TRACKING MY ORDER
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number to track your order. If you did not receive this email,

RETURN & EXCHANGE
- We offer 14-days to return/exchange your order.
- The item/s must be in original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
- Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process your refund minus a postage fee.
- Customers are responsible for shipment costs, returns and exchanges.
To ship an item back to Malaika Collection please:
- Contact us by email at care@malaikacollection.com with the order number and the item you want to exchange.
- Place the item/s in the original shipping container.
- We will organize the pick-up or drop-off with the local delivery service.
- When we receive the merchandise, which must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, we proceed to your refund.
- The return is at the expense of the customer
